Staff were super friendly and made us first timers feel super welcome. Breakfast was a great addition and saved us $. The parking was also a bonus. Will stay again if we ever come back to the LA area.

Rooms were clean, spacious and functional for our stay. Breakfast was simple. Proximity to LAX and rental car agencies makes this a great place if you are arriving to LAX after a long flight or need to depart from LAX. We stayed on the top floor and room was very quiet.

Was very disappointed as after arrival at Tom Bradley Internatiobsl airport in LA, the customer information desk called Holiday In Express on my behalf around 2.15pm and the hotel reception attended tge calm and insisted in speaking g to me so the girl at information service passed the call onto me. The hotel guy asked me my details of booking and then said to wait at the shuttle bus area marked with red and that the shuttle will pick me up. To my great disappointment after nearly 2 hours waiting the shuttle Holiday In Express turned up around 4pm. After a long flight from Sydney that was a real disaster and I ended up having a migraine. I would like to report this to the management hiw unhappy my experience was. I should be compensated in my future booking with them. Maria

Hotel is clean. Room was perfect for us. Breakfast was amazing and parking is free. Can't ask for more. We had a pleasant couple days. No issues whatsoever.

The room was super clean, we stayed in a king size suit, and it was big and pretty nice, it had coffee maker, and refrigerator, the view was fabulous. They had medium bottles of dove shampoo, body wash, and so on. The bed was super comfortable. And they had a pretty decent breakfast, with scrambled eggs, bread, cheese omelettes, pancakes, fruit, coffee, milk, juices. The shuttle from the airport was super fast and the driver was friendly. We called the hotel and they sent the shuttle right away! The service overall was pretty good!

Close to LAX. Parking available. Very friendly staff. Checked-in earlier at no charge. Spacious bathroom. Highly recommend this hotel. Shuttle available to LAX. In LA it is better to rent a car to visit most iconic landmarks.
